Stages of Redevelopment Process

Stage 1

  • Offer Letter to the Society
  • Discuss and finalise terms and conditions with the Society
  • Concent letter from the society
  • MOU

Stage 2

  • Finalisation of Plan as per society requirements
  • DA/PA Agreement with the society
  • Approval of Plan from PMC
  • Once we receive Commencement Certificate from PMC start vacating the building.

Stage 3

  • Demolition of existing structure
  • Bhoomi Pujan
  • Apply for Rera Registration
  • Start construction of new building

Stage 4

  • Purchase TDR
  • Inward file in Corporation for Revise sanction
  • Obtain Completion certificate from PMC

Stage 5

  • Society formation
  • Conveyance deed

R.C.C

  1. Earthquake resistant framed structure conforming to ISS codes.
  2. Brickwork – ACC blocks.

    • External Walls – Double coat with special water Proofing treatment, using Reliance Fibers.
